INPUT-OUTPUT ANALYSIS
communicating and controlling

Controlling and documenting the media response of your media activities. The input-output analysis shows you if and to what extent information forwarded to the media has been picked up and which communications and PR activities have generated which reports in the media.  You will be able to name the successes and deficiencies of your media and public relations, and you can identify potential. The analysis serves as performance evaluation and optimisation and above all as indication for the shaping of your future media and public relations.

Self- and press-initiated reports over time (n=653)

Optimising and identifying the potential of media and public relations. The input-output analysis aims at dividing the media coverage into self-initiated reports (contribution of the company) and press-initiated reports (contribution of the medium) and allocates the self-initiated reports to the company's communications activities (press release, press conference, study, interview etc.) or to single business units. The effectiveness of each activity can thus be evaluated, and the outcome can serve as basis for comparison. Moreover, the analysis shows which media and journalists have reported how often and in what way about your company.
